Come and learn how to graft your own apple trees!
Our ever-popular annual grafting courses will take place on Saturday 25 February and Saturday 11 March, 9.30 – 13.00, at Holy Name Parish Hall, Towers Avenue, NE2 3XJ. The cost of £30 includes two trees; extra trees are available for a small extra charge. Many varieties of apples will be available, together with some pears and plums. Skilled and enthusiastic tutors will guide you through the process of grafting your chosen varieties onto rootstocks suitable for tubs, small gardens or allotments. If you have a particular variety in mind, let us know as soon as possible. All tools and materials will be provided.
